MEET TIM WES
HI, I’M TIM
I am wedding & elopement photographer based out of the Maryland and Virginia area fascinated with the magic of human connection and the beauty of nature our world has to offer. I find myself most inspired by being able to document the milestones, the mundane, and the everything in between that retells the unique experience in our own love stories. I believe these authentic moments are what create the most timeless memories.
PRELUDE
In 2016 I began traveling and seeing the beauty of what our world has to offer. That same year I got my hands on my first digital camera. I became enchanted with traveling and documenting the feelings that make us feel human. From hiking up mountains, to standing at the base of waterfalls and the edges of cliffs. The feeling of heat from the sun and the cool damp fog on my skin, surrendering completely to your surroundings.
HUMAN CONNECTION
In 2017 I began capturing the magic between two lovers. This is when I knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. Having the opportunity to combine my admiration of nature with the human connection of love is what truly drives me as a photographer.
I don’t create for, I create with my couples. I believe our adventures and love stories deserve to be real, remembered, and timeless. Genuine moments together laughing uncontrollably, flirting, and being weird. Whatever your adventure may be–I’m here for it.
