I’ll give you clear direction when it helps, create movement when a portrait needs it, and recognize when a moment already has everything it needs.

My job is to help you feel confident without asking you to become someone different in front of the camera.

Before the wedding, I learn your priorities, family relationships, meaningful details, and anything I should be especially aware of through questionnaires and planning conversations.

That gives me the context I need while leaving room to notice the people, reactions, and moments no one could have put on a list.

Whether timing shifts, weather changes, or something unexpected happens, I’ll work alongside your planner and adjust with the day so you can stay focused on the people around you.

Yes. Digital and 35mm film photography are woven together throughout my wedding work.

I use each for what it brings to the photographs. Digital gives me flexibility and precision, while film brings texture, imperfection, and another way of seeing the same day.

Not every wedding does.

A second photographer can be especially valuable for separate getting-ready locations, larger guest counts, overlapping events, or couples who want even more attention on the people and moments happening around them.

We’ll decide together whether one meaningfully adds to your coverage.

I’m based in Maryland and regularly photograph weddings throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the greater Mid-Atlantic.

I’m also available for weddings farther from home. Any travel or overnight accommodations needed for your wedding are discussed clearly from the beginning.
